The Romsey Area Schools’ Orchestras (RASO) are a pyramid of ensembles, which cater for the musical needs of the young people of Romsey and the surrounding area.

Concert Band
Our Concert Band is open to all wind, brass and percussion players of Grade V - VIII and gives the opportunity to rehearse and perform some varied and challenging repertoire.
Wind Band
Our Wind Band is open to all wind, brass and percussion players of Grade II+ and gives those earlier in their musical careers the opportunity to play in a wind band setting.
Jazz Orchestra
RAYJO provides an opportunity for advanced players of saxophone, trumpet, trombone and rhythm section instruments to rehearse with vocalists and perform in a big band setting.
