For urgent mental health help please call 111.
We provide a range of community-based mental health treatments and therapies for people who need support for their mental health issues. These include:
- prescribing and managing medication
- psychological (talking) therapies
- occupational therapy
- specialist support for psychosis
- assertive outreach for people who struggle to keep in contact with their mental health services
We also provide advice to families and carers to help them support loved ones.
If you feel that you need support from any of our services, speak to your GP to request a referral. Your local CMHT team will then do a thorough assessment with you to make sure you're signposted to the right services.
